I’d like to share a few words about the fine service I received from my loan officer, Sejid Sokoli, and his team lead, Marcis Sesi. I’ve been around a long time, and I’ve dealt with more mortgage companies than I can count. This time was different. From the very first phone call, Sejid and Marcis were honest, straightforward, and transparent. They answered every call, every question, and never once made me feel like I was being rushed or brushed aside. The numbers they showed me on the estimate were exactly the same when I sat down at the closing table. No surprises, no tricks.
What impressed me even more was how they treated me after the closing. Most companies disappear the minute the papers are signed, but these two gentlemen checked on me every single day until I received my funds. And just recently, a month later, they called again simply to wish me happy holidays. You don’t see that kind of care much anymore.
I will gladly tell my family and friends to work with Sejid and Marcis. They’re honest men, they do what they say, and they truly look after their clients. I appreciate everything they did for me.
