We were on a shaky refinancing journey with another lender when thankfully a late-night call from John Saroki came through that literally saved us from making a very big mistake and costing us thousands of dollars. John reviewed our other lender’s paperwork and knew immediately that we were being taken advantage of and was able to point those areas out to us. John was amazing and was there guiding us every step of the way as we unfortunately experienced resistance from our other lender when we asked for our paperwork be transferred to United Mortgage Lending. When it was clear that the other lender was holding our paperwork “hostage”, John made it his mission to run interference for us, even calling the other company on our behalf and sticking with it until he had received the requested documents. John’s depth of knowledge in this field became very apparent and we felt very lucky to have him on our side. The truly incredible thing is that we had already been working with this other company for 45 days, BUT it only took United Mortgage 10 days to close our loan.

John and Andy Georges were an awesome team to work with as they stayed in constant communication with us and delivered on everything that was promised. When John says he can be reached at any time of day, he sincerely means it as there were late-night calls during this process in addition to the numerous calls that were made throughout the process. In addition to being a truly professional team that gives great customer service, they end up feeling like family because that is how they treat their clients, with the utmost respect and completely earning our trust! This was truly a wonderful experience, and we look forward to our next new mortgage and/or refinance that will most certainly include United Mortgage as we have no doubt that John will always answer our call. We highly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase or refinance their home.

I’d like to share a few words about the fine service I received from my loan officer, Sejid Sokoli, and his team lead, Marcis Sesi. I’ve been around a long time, and I’ve dealt with more mortgage companies than I can count. Over the years, I’ve been misled more than once, and my last experience with MortgagePros was especially disappointing. They gave me a deal that sounded too good to be true, and sure enough, when it came time to close, everything had changed.

This time was different. From the very first phone call, Sejid and Marcis were honest, straightforward, and transparent. They answered every call, every question, and never once made me feel like I was being rushed or brushed aside. The numbers they showed me on the estimate were exactly the same when I sat down at the closing table. No surprises, no tricks.

What impressed me even more was how they treated me after the closing. Most companies disappear the minute the papers are signed, but these two gentlemen checked on me every single day until I received my funds. And just recently, a month later, they called again simply to wish me happy holidays. You don’t see that kind of care much anymore.

I will gladly tell my family and friends to work with Sejid and Marcis. They’re honest men, they do what they say, and they truly look after their clients. I appreciate everything they did for me.

Matthew Houbba went out of his way to follow up on an old conversation that initially didn’t lead to UML winning the business, and he completely turned things around. He and his team were proactive, professional, and truly committed to earning our trust this time around.

Not only did they beat an already fantastic offer by a healthy margin, but they also moved with impressive speed. We were able to close in literally 10 days.

To all who read this. I have gotten house loans and refinance loans in the past. Shane and his team from United Mortgage is absolutely amazing. From day one Shane was upfront great personality very intuitive to the loan game. Shane and his team will explain everything to a T for you and is willing to explain and help direct you in the right direction for a loan that will benefit you the best. If you are Veteran I strongly suggest you give him a call and he will explain the in and outs of the VA Loan system. I will deal with this company again instead of anybody else out side of United Mortgage. Thank you for everything and teaching me about the VA Loan system.

I had previously been working with a non responsive broker for months. A friend introduced me to Keith Snyder, and what an introduction! Keith was immediately responsive to what i was trying to accomplish, explained what products he could offer and dived right in at helping me. We started our communications around 10/3 and about 2.5 weeks later my financing was completed. Streamlined, but efficient. I highly recommend Keith Snyder and United Mortgage Lending!

He'll get to know you personally and work diligently to wort through problems and get you loan approved and while doing this, he'll also look after you needs. I did a VA Cash Out Refinance with UML as the broker. Previous to working with UML, I had tried two other lenders/brokers who wanted to charge too much in origination fees to do my REFI. During the process, Haydon Burke called and quickly grabbed my attention. He understood what I was trying to do and intuitively answered questions before I knew I needed to ask them. He is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable in this arena, and his confidence in shopping for rates and prices gave me comfort I was getting the best deal. Haydon answers hard questions directly and fixes issues before they can become problems. I give UML and Haydon Burke a 10/10 recommendation for any refi or finance deal when attention to detail is so very important.

From the first contact with Jen, the communication with UML was professional and friendly. Michael Botts and Chris were great to work with. As being a veteran I liked to be informed with everything that is going on, I never felt like I had to try and figure things out on my own these two guys were always reaching out via text or calls. I would highly recommend these guys to all my veteran/service members to get their VA Home loans taken care of.
Being personable is not a trait you can teach and each one of these guys were very personable and down to earth. If I was closer I'd buy each one of these guys a beer or dozen

It’s rare these days to find people who truly go above and beyond, but I’m so glad I found Jim Partridge and his amazing assistant Jennifer at United Mortgage Lending. From the very first conversation, I knew Jim Partridge was someone I could trust—knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about helping his clients.

I was trying to refinance and pull some equity from my home, but my bank told me to come back after I paid off some bills—which wasn’t helpful at all. Then I found Jim. He listened, found creative solutions, and guided me through everything with ease.

A big thank-you also goes to Jennifer, who handled all the paperwork, scheduling, and behind-the-scenes work flawlessly. She kept everything organized and on track from start to finish.

I shopped several lenders and this company was the best by a wide margin.
My refinance had some unique issues that were problematic for other lenders but not for United. Dillon G. Was my broker and he worked with two different appraisers to secure the deal for me.

My husband and I VA refinanced with Duane Hannosh. He was very professional but also personal. He kept us informed every step and answered any questions we threw his way. My husband sometimes keeps crazy hours and Duane was available anytime we needed him. I recommend you ask specifically for him. I feel the need to add that he was also fun and not all business. He didn’t mind chatting it up when my husband talked his ear off.

At the beginning of March I began a refinance with United Mortgage Lending. My first contact was with Michael and I could already tell I was dealing with professional and caring people. Michael and Marcus walked me through the process every step of the way, with daily updates so I never had to worry. My experience with United Mortgage was really great. I worked closely with Ken Prather. I know I can be a lot but he was more than understanding and very patient. I had tons of questions and I am sure I probably repeated most of them but he walked through all of them as many times as I needed. He was very detailed and understanding. He even worked with me on some late nights, weekends and even on his vacation; VERY dedicated. Even though the process seemed long, it was barely a month. The loved the tracker so I could be up to date on what was going on. I would 100% recommend him to anyone!

United Mortgage Lending kept its promise to address all of our questions and assist us throughout the process to refinance our home and consolidate our debt. The interest rate was lower than expected and what was offered by other lenders. Our consultation with Gianni was fruitful. He was available throughout the entire process.
